Dispute resolution

- If unresolved after 28 days, the parties will agree to a mediator or request an appointment by the Australian Mediation Association.
- Mediation will be held in Sydney, Australia. The parties are equally liable for mediator fees and venue costs, and each bears its own costs.
Communications made in connection with dispute resolution are confidential and (to the extent possible) treated as without prejudice negotiations under applicable evidence laws.
Venue and jurisdiction
The Website and Services are intended to be viewed and used by residents of Australia. You agree that the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Severance
If any part of these Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part will be severed and the remainder will continue in force.
